Memorandum of Understanding

FOCO · 10yr
A standard MOU on legal stamp paper, agreed by both parties.
- 0110-year minimum tenure. The asset becomes a fully-mature business by then; both sides plan around it.
- 02Clear ownership clauses. Land, civil and movable assets are tagged to the funder — protected on entry, on operation, and on exit.
- 03Transparent settlement. The 34% to franchise owner and reverse-split land rent (where applicable) are settled monthly with a full ledger.
- 04Exit at year-10. Franchise owner retains everything they invested in. Movable Sporfy assets stay with Sporfy.
